1 Why should I register?

2 How do I register?
It's very easy. You have three options: click on "Create an account", or register during the second step of the purchasing process once you have selected the items you wish to buy. or click to Login at the top of the Home page ,and then Click Register , if you are a company with validated VAT number read carefully the information about VAT NUMBER, at the How to buy ?
3 I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
If you have forgotten your password, click on "sign in" and then click on "I forgot my password". Simply enter your e-mail address and we will automatically send you a new password.
5 How can I pay for my purchase?
You can use a credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express), with your paypal account or with a bank transfer.

6 How long does delivery take?
For Spanish shipments with transport agency (DHL Parcel): If we receive the order before 13 hours, we will send the order the same day, if we receive after 13h we will send the order next day. Delivery time: 24-48h
For SEUR international shipments: If we receive the order before 13 hours, we will send the order the same day, if we receive after 13h we will send the order next day. Contact us to know the delivery time
For DHL Express international shipments: If we receive the order before 13 hours, we will send the order the same day, if we receive after 13h we will send the order next day. Contact us to know the delivery time
7 Where will my order be sent?
To the delivery address you indicate to us, provided it is within the continental euro zone and not a post office box. Remember that you may also indicate a delivery address different from the buyer's address.
9 My order has not arrived. What can I do?
